What is FamilyCircle and how does privacy work?

Does Oliver handle mental health crises?

No. Oliver doesn't handle mental health episodes or psychiatric crises. For those cases, it escalates immediately to the specialist or appropriate emergency service and notifies the treating provider. Clinical guardrails validated by clinicians.

How does it connect with the chart and the schedule?

Everything lives on a single chart over the standard that medical systems use to connect (HL7 FHIR). Oliver knows upcoming visits, receives the clinical plan at visit close with full context, and when it escalates it books directly with the treating provider.
